About Us
Founder and president, S Ray Karr has been working in the construction
industry since graduating from Ohio State University in 1973. Beginning
with his employment at Karr Construction Co ( est. 1958) and later as
President and co-owner of Wesam Construction Inc (est. 1978), he has
established a 30 year old working relationship with architects, engineers,
subcontractors and suppliers. Wesam Construction is
well known in the Southeastern Ohio region and has been very successful in
completing a wide variety of construction projects that includes health
care facilities, primary and secondary educational facilities, commercial
spaces, renovations and additions as well as municipal waste and water
treatment plants.
In 2006, Mr. Karr founded and incorporated Kinsale Corporation.
Bringing the most talented managerial staff from Wesam Construction and
complimenting it with new experienced personnel, he has developed a superior
professional team to direct the construction services of Kinsale. From
earthwork to finish work, Kinsale Corporation has the team of
professionals to complete projects on time, within budget and to the full
satisfaction of our clients.
